Brand owners
Quartermaster grounds your requirements, and completes your brief with its own experimental data, so you know exactly what you're looking for. Then it ranks every credible solution against your brief and tells you which ones are worth a trial based on data rather than claims.

What you leave with
A shortlist you can defend in a stage gate
At the end of the process you hold a grounded brief, a ranked set of candidates with the evidence behind each position, and a qualification plan with its open decisions named - all of it in your cockpit. Everything is traceable, explainable, and credible.
01.
A brief that compounds
The first brief you ground with Quartermaster acts as a platform for future briefs. Overlapping requirements don't need to be re-validated and learnings from previous briefs are used to ground future briefs from the outset.
02.
The whole
solution universe
Market materials, patents and published research can be ranked alongside the suppliers already in our repository. Creating a shortlist that shows what is possible, not only what is being sold on the market today.
03.
Designs where the
market has no solution
Where nothing available meets your brief, we model a construction layer by layer (synthetic design) and compare it against the pack you run today on performance, cost and circularity.
04.
Let our team run your trial and testing process, so you minimise multiple trial and iteration loops that cost time and money. Our objective is to get you to a deployed packaging solution on time and within budget.

Decisions at the gates
